Travel Log: Judge C.R. Magney State Park

Coming back down the North Shore from the Canadian border, we stopped at this park to hike the Hiking Club Trail. On this hike we saw the Devil's Kettle, where one of the two waterfalls just disappears. 

After the 2.5 mile hike, we picnicked in the park and then headed to Grand Marais, MN, to see the harbor there and do some shopping. We visited several gift shops, had hot cocoa and mochas, and then walked out along the harbor before driving back to Cascade River State Park for our last night along the North Shore.
