Travel Log: Crow Wing State Park

Weather: Sunny and warm, rainy second day

This state park had a very interesting trail to hike. We got to see where the old town of Crow Wing had been, walked along a boardwalk, saw where the oxen carts had crossed the river and even got to watch a flock of turkeys along the way. The hike was along the Mississippi River.

The next morning Crystal went fishing briefly before a rainstorm came, making us have to head home without catching anything. This concluded our 2014 camping trips.
